Die Kommunkation war sehr ei Fach und es wurde umgehend geantwortet. Die Unterkunft liegt weit oben am Berg und man hat einen herrlichen Blick auf den See. Für große Autos und Autos mit Sportfahrwerken wird die Anfahrt sehr spannend. Der Ort ist in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Wir hatten einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub in ruhiger Lage oberhalb von Gravedona. Persönlich geführtes altes Weinberggehöft, Appartement mit Seeblick vom überdachten Balkon. Gepflegter kleiner Pool mit Panoramablick auf den See. Zuvorkommende und unkomplizierte sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Unkomplizierter Check in und out. Regionale Produkte können erworben werden wie Eier, Wein, Olivenöl etc. Entspannte Atmosphäre.

Ein liebevoll geführtes ehemaliges Weinberggehöft oberhalb von Gravedona mit einem kleinen, gepflegten Pool mit wunderbarem Seeblick. Gut ausgestattetes Appartement mit überdachtem Balkon und Panoramablick auf den See. Uriges wasserdurchflossenes natürlich gekühltes Gewölbe, in dem eigene und regionale Produkte wie Eier, Wein, Grappa, Olivenöl etc. erworben werden können. Eine kleine sehr gepflegte Anlage für einen entspannten Urlaub.

We had a great time in the apartment. It is rather small and close to the other apartments so you hear quite some noise in the morning. You miss some of the essentials in the kitchen but enough to make some pasta. But otherwise the view is great and you have access to the pool are which has a spectacular view.
The road up is quite small and on the last day there was no parking at the property. Not a big deal but could see how for someone with a lot of luggage this could be quite annoying.
There are a lot of apartments there so think it is a great place to book out with a group and spend a long weekend. Walk down to the town is 15min and then up up back. The host were kind and the location is really what makes this place.

Great views over Lake Como. Complex was easy to find , but road to it very narrow and actual apartment was tricky to find on map given. Wifi intermittent. Towels left something to be desired. Bring everything and make contact for local bread and wine. Somehow we missed contact so could not access farm shop for supplies. This unit is part of a larger complex.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit am Comer See. Auch der Pool konnte noch etwas genutzt werden. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was wir gebraucht haben. Der Brötchen Service und die Möglichkeit in der Cantina etwas zu holen, waren ein super Extra.
Kleiner Hinweis: Die Straßen zur Wohnung sind zum Schluss sehr eng, dafür wird man mit einem schönen Ausblick belohnt.
Einziges Contra war die sehr schmale und harte Matratze. Dafür bekamen wir noch eine zusätzliche Unterlage.
Wir würden trotzdem wieder kommen!

Un havre de paix ! Nous avons passé 11 jours merveilleux !!
Le studio est fidèle à l’annonce : bien équipé et très propre. La vue depuis la terrasse est superbe et on ne s’en lasse pas ! La piscine est un gros plus (surtout après la montée à pied).
A savoir environ 20 min de montée faisable depuis le village. Toutefois nous la déconseillons si vous êtes chargés (valises, courses). Pour ceux qui viennent en voiture, la résidence possède un parking gratuit.
Nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer Leo et Brigitte qui ont été aux petits soins et ont tout fait pour nous faciliter le séjour. Merci !

Wat een heerlijke plek om vakantie te vieren. Prachtig uitzicht op het meer en een heerlijk zwembadje erbij. De locatie is niet geschikt als je slecht ter been bent. En het is een hooggelegen plek met een erg smalle toegangsweg. Het is een klein appartement, maar alles is aanwezig. We hebben er enorm van genoten.

Incredible place for the price. Views are some of the best you’ll get and the property has most things you need for a short stay. Getting around is slightly difficult without a car but still manageable. The hosts were also really kind and offered us lifts to and from the centre of town.

What an incredible place. Very great area of Lake Como, gorgeous views and great food everywhere. The accommodation is amazing, your own private shop in the complex is an amazing thing to have and we made sure to make good use of this! The pool is incredible too!
The streets are very tight at points so make sure you’re good with driving tight streets or get a small car. I’m pretty confident with driving and actually enjoyed it whilst having a Tcross hire car, but could image some folks may not enjoy it!! The accommodation was also pretty small but the terrace is great and open so it was never a problem for us personally, bathroom was also a bit cramped with me being on the taller side but nothing I couldn’t put up with the rest of the amazing accomodation.
Overall if you want to actually experience Lake Como without the over priced tourist nonsense you often get down near the south of the lake then this is an excellent place to stay. Would highly recommend!!!

Wir waren 4 Tage zum Rennrad fahren hier und sind super glücklich über die Lage gewesen. Mit dem Rennrad waren es unter 20 Minuten runter/hoch ins Städtchen, zu Fuß wahrscheinlich eher 30 min. (Eher steil)
Super schöner Ausblick, tolle Terrasse! Die Wohnung ist sehr klein, aber perfekt da wir uns fast ausschließlich auf dem Balkon aufgehalten haben. Der Brötchenservice war perfekt. Gerne wieder!!

Wunderschöne Lage, direkt mit Blick auf den See. Die Anfahrt ist auf den letzten Metern recht eng und anspruchsvoll, aber die Lage jede Mühe wert!
Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 15 Minuten in Gravedona. Es gibt einen Brötchen-Service und einen kleinen Shop mit regionalen Produkten (Eier, Wein, Marmelade,...).
Der Check-in ist mit 9:30 Uhr recht früh, aber mit etwas Glück kann man etwas später auschecken.

La situation avec la terrasse et la piscine est idyllique. Cadre très apaisant avec une vue superbe.

Die Anfahrt ist auf den letzten 500 Metern teilweise sehr eng, Parken kann in der Hochsaison bei voller Belegung eine Herausforderung sein.
Ansonsten eine sehr empfehlenswerte, schöne Anlage, die von Brigitta und Leopold gut betreut wird. Der Pool und der traumhafte Ausblick ist ein absolutes Highlight. Unser Appartement (Asti) war klein, aber praktisch eingerichtet und für zwei Personen die sich mögen, ausreichend groß.
In jedem Fall, für sehr gute Autofahrer, eine Empfehlung.

Wir haben in der Casa Rina einen sehr schönen Kurzurlaub verbracht. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein und das Bad sehr eng, dafür ist der Preis günstig und der Ausblick toll. Nach dem schweißtreibenden Anstieg (200 Höhenmeter!) haben wir uns jedes Mal im Pool erfrischt. Gravedona ist ein sehr netter Ort - wir kommen wieder!

Sauber, ordentlich und nette Vermieter. Allerdings muss man bedenken, dass im April es noch ganz schön kalt werden kann. Die Wohneinheit Asti kann man nicht heizen und dann ist es gut, wenn man dickere Kleidung dabei hat.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und sauber. Leo, der jeden Tag vor Ort ist, ist helfsbereit und hat ein offenes Ohr. Die halbe Anlage (Pool- und Freizeitbereich mit Pizzaofen) darf mit Hund nicht betreten werden, weshalb ich es nicht richtig finde dass in der Beschreibung "Hunde sehr willkommen" steht. Ebenfalls steht, dass man nicht auf ein Auto angewiesen sei. Der Ort ist ca. 1,2 km entfernt, man muss steil hinunter auf einem kleinen, unbeleuchteten Fußweg und das Hochlaufen ist wirklich sehr mühsam. Einkaufen ohne Autos wäre beispielsweise kaum machbar. Die letzten 500 meter geht eine enge, kurvige Straße zur Unterkunft - nichts für schwache Nerven :) Anschließend kann ich sagen, dass die Unterkunft an sich schön ist aber für mich war die Lage fürchterlich.

Wir waren in der Asti Spumante Unterkunft und sind mehr als begeistert! Nicht nur die Aussicht und die Lage sind ein absoluter Traum, sondern auch das liebevoll eingerichtete und vor allem saubere Zimmer sowie die gepflegte und charmante Anlage waren wunderschön.
Wir hatten 5 unglaublich erholsame und schöne Tage dort und haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr bemüht und für Fragen jeglicher Art jederzeit erreichbar.

Die Ferienwohnungen-Anlage ist sauber und sehr gepflegt. Wer selbst einen Garten hat, sieht schnell, dass die Eigentümer unheimlich viel Arbeit in die gesamte Anlage stecken, dass man sich als Gast nur wohl fühlen kann. Sie sind sehr sympathisch und die Kommunikation (Brötchen-Service, Check-in, Check-out) verlief einwandfrei. Bei dem Pool handelt es sich um einen Gemeinschaftspool für insgesamt 10 Parteien, aber man war trotzdem oft für sich, weil die Liegen auf verschiedenen Ebenen angeordnet waren. Der Blick über den See und die Berge ist wunderschön. Man kann wunderbar entspannen und die Ruhe genießen. Der Fußweg (circa 900m) nach Gravedona ist sehr steinig, d.h. man sollte feste Schuhe anziehen. Vor allem der Rückweg bergauf ist sehr anstrengend. Unsere Wohnung (für 2 Personen) war recht klein, aber dennoch praktisch eingerichtet. Schade war, dass das WLAN leider nicht sehr gut funktionierte, was aber nur Nebensache ist. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Unterkunft, super Aussicht auf den Comer See und perfekt für 2 Personen. Auch der Pool mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht ist herrlich. Einziger Nachteil ist der Fußweg von der Stadt aus, aber man wird ja mit einer schönen Aussicht belohnt.

The place is very quiet and you can hear the waterfall sounds coming from behind the residence which is super relaxing. The views are simply amazing, the poolside is very nice. We loved it and the quality/ price ratio is great.
Expect parking and access to be a bit tricky especially if you have a big car, it is a small village !
We were in Asti apartment, it is nice, well equipped, but honestly a bit cramped, I would not recommend it if you come in the winter or mid-season and need to be inside a lot. The bathroom is very small. However the terrace is big and very nice. And again the views !
The only problem we had is that we had quite disrespectful and noisy neighbours (listening to music outside from 8:30am and until late, speaking loudly on the phone, while everyone is trying to be quiet and respect the calm environment), they did not agree to shut down the music so we asked the host to intervene and remind them of the rules but they never answered or contacted them.. this was quite disappointing.
Just bear in mind that it is a calm place, so if you plan on chilling outside with music, or are in a party kind a mood, find another rental to enjoy your vacation and preserve everyone else’s ;)

This stay was pure magic. Where to begin????
My husband and I woke up every morning to beautiful views of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains. The apartment itself was so smartly designed: though small, every space was maximized and our four nights didn't feel claustrophobic at all. It was private and quiet.
The compound is right on one of the hiking trails, and we spent one of the days hiking... it's such a treat when you can hop on a trail right away without driving.
There was always a place to park our rental car (though the ride up was a bit scary for me-- no problem because my husband enjoys this type of driving). There is a pool, a place to sunbathe and take in the scenery, a place to play badminton and do yoga, a wine cave that contains in house and locally produced wines, sambuca (!), jams, olive oil, eggs, etc. Each day, a baker delivers breads and brioches for breakfast to a little "pane" door on the side of the road. There was even a little farm of animals including rabbits and hens!
Leo was an amazing host. He took time to talk with us and show us around Casa Rina and was so gracious and welcoming. We will remember this place forever. Thank you so much for everything! We will be back

Highly recommend Casa Rina! We had an absolutely lovely time staying in the Asti suite. It was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We loved the pool, the hiking trails, and the cantina where you could buy in house and locally produced items such as wine, jam, olive oil, and even sambuca!
Leo was the perfect host. He chatted with us and showed us around the property, giving us lots of tips and cool history about the place. Awesome terrace, plenty of parking, and the views were INCREDIBLE.

Ich war mit einer freundin bei der Unterkunft Asti und es war einfach toll ! Anfangs hatten wir Schwierigkeiten es zu finden da es ziemlich dunkel war aber als wir es gefunden hatten, wir waren im Paradies. Die Wohnung hat wirklich alles was man braucht und die Aussicht war auch sehr schön, viel schöner in echt als auf den Fotos also man kann sich überraschen lassen. Der Pool war auch so atemberaubend die Aussicht ein Traum für jeden! Die Gastgeber waren auch sehr herzige Menschen die immer für einen bei Fragen da waren und einem sehr entgegenkamen, was wir sehr schätzten! Man hat einfach gemerkt wie sehr die Gastgeber sich Mühe in das komplette Gelände gegeben hatten, ein Weinkeller mit Eiern von den eigenen Hühnern, Wein und vieles mehr. Ich bin sehr positiv überrascht und empfehle jeden Aufenthalt dort. Eine Kleinigkeit wo ich sagen muss ist das es am Anfang schwer war die Glastür des Appartements aufzubekommen, aber nach einem Tag hat man sich daran gewöhnt also war das in Ordnung.

Sehr schöne liebevoll gestaltete Anlage mit kleinem Pool und wunderbarer Aussicht.
Sehr freundliche Kommunikation und leckerer Hauswein, den man selbst abfüllen kann (der hauseigene Weinkeller als Selbstbedienungsmöglichkeit ist eine tolle Idee).
Für Mobilitätseingeschränkte eher nicht geeignet, da es durch die Steillage einige Treppen gibt.
Ansonsten ein wunderbarer Ort zum Verweilen und Relaxen !!

Had ana amazing stay! The view was so beautiful from our apartment. The kitchen had everything you needed for self catering. We didn’t have a car so there was quite a bit of walking but it was a good way to see the area properly. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Really recommend the hike to Crotto Dangri :)

A really nice and cozy Appartement with a great view of the lake. You could easily spend hours on the terrace for dinner, reading books playing board games or just watching the lake under the Italian sun.
The pool offers a nice refreshment and you could also chill there for a long sunbath. The area is great and I would definitely recommend a hike to Crotto Dangri.
Easily would come again and recommend to friends and family.

Un excellent séjour à la Casa Rina. Le logement est top, très propre et bien équipé, belle terrasse avec vue sur le lac. Possibilité de déguster des produits locaux et d'admirer le lac mais aussi les sommets environnants au bord de la piscine. Les lieux sont très bien entretenus, agréables en hauteur au calme. Unser Aufenthalt bei Claudia und Leo war rund um gut. Das Appartment ist klein, aber gut durchdacht und mit allem was man braucht (insb. in der Küche). Der Ausblick von der Terasse und vom Pool ist grandios! Wir wurden mit frischen Eiern und täglich frischen Brötchen versorgt. Claudia und Leo sind sehr herzliche, bemühte Gastgeber mit tollen Tipps rund um den Comer See. Auch die Kommunikation klappte einwandfrei. Wir hatten 5 tolle Tage und können das Appartment nur empfehlen.

Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung Asti gemietet. Die Wohnung ist sehr süß eingerichtet und für junge Leute bei gutem Wetter sehr geeignet. Da wir jedoch in der Nachsaison hier waren und 3 Wochen bleiben wollten, war die Wohnung zu klein. Unproblematisch bot uns Frau Bruder die Wohnung Amerose an, auf die sich die Beurteilung auch bezieht. Wir waren sehr zufreiden und haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub verlebt. Danke

Appartamento in una posizione bellissima, una tranquilla frazione poco sopra la graziosa cittadina di Gravedona. Splendida vista dal terrazzo e anche dall'interno grazie alle ampie vetrate. L'appartamento è molto piccolo ma tra l'ampio terrazzo e la piscina ben tenuta e panoramica non si sta molto all'interno e ci si può godere la tranquillità e la splendida vista sul lago. Il piccolo villaggio di cui fa parte l'appartamento è molto curato in ogni dettaglio.
